I know you hear this a lot, but thank you for all of your FREE info. you putting here in Youtube. Alot of what you share is priceless. You’re so right in regards to driving around for deals. They can be found, but it takes alot of time and gas! I have some bandit signs I will be handwriting my message on and my number. i use the same contract but separate contracts for the seller and buyer, i don’t worry about them knowing what I make off the deal, i don’t do double closings, assignment fees only

great videos i remembered u saying that u use only 1 contract thats means that the buyer Investor sees what u are makin on the property if u are makin a lg profit would u do two contracts & do a double closing?

Hey Tyrone great info, one ques though. I belive bandit signs are illeagal in the state of Texas, so how do you establish a list to mail the postcards out? And do u prefer any specific companies?
