Real Estate Investing Training Video What a Trashed House looks like Before Rehab Part 1. One of my contractors called me on this trashed house. He estimated the haul away to be at $5000 or more. Despite the appearance, my bid on the rehab by contractor was $15000. I’ll add a $5000 cushion for the stuff he won’t do and misc. ‘whoops’ factor. localmentor.com
