when dealing with realtors you simply use their contracts and if you’re depending on retail buyers to be your exit strategy on wholesale deals, you won’t last long in this biz….

Do you use the one page contract with Realtor’ s and if not,how do you assign a deal with your retail buyer with the Realtor purchase contract?
