This book condenses the two authors’ combined efforts of well over 30 years of experience buying and selling properties. The game has changed from what it was just a few years ago and so must our strategies of selling a home in TODAY’S unprecedented market. Whether the reader is selling their own home or is a seasoned real estate investor, there are ideas and methods for all. Especially important is understanding the immediate market surrounding the property. And, listing with the best real estate broker possible to productively & effectively market the property and how to educate them if they are not doing that!
The authors are both terrific mentors, do deals in TODAY’S market, and “practice what they preach”. Ray Cooper has kindly given me a free consultation and has a concise program entitled “A.D.O.C.T.O.R.’s 7 Real Estate Commandments” of CDs and this book. Cooper’s perspective from that of a real estate broker would be helpful to investors, who have a different mindset. Bill Bronchick, who is very effective at teaching, offers a tremendous, detailed mentoring program for all investors, both new and seasoned alike, that covers practically anything a student would need to know to succeed in real estate investing.

The authors did a superb job at providing unique and innovative ideas in this fully comprehensive and thorough MUST-READ guide to selling a House fast in THIS slow Real Estate market.
After reading this book cover-to-cover, we meticulously followed every piece of advice and strategy recommended. From staging, to carefully selecting the best Real Estate agent, including listing and advertising strategies, this book covered it all. Not only did our house sell in 4 days – we received 5 offers including one full-price offer followed with a backup offer above full-price! We continued to follow the books’ recommendations and made sure to choose the best buyers that WE wanted based on their qualifications, and got it into contract as soon as possible. The proven techniques from this book saved us a tremendous amount of hassle, emotional aggravation and most importantly our time!
In this market, with all the uncertainty out there, people are hesitant to buy.
